PRODUCT TAMPERING

White Dormouse products are for personal use only by the customer and not intended for resale by any other company or person by changing the business or product name, label or tampering with ingredients to be resold for profit or to gain recognition for one’s self.

White Dormouse Artisan Soaps reserves the right, without prior notice to cancel any and all orders believed to be used in violation of these terms and conditions.

TAX ON SALES

All items are subject to sales tax. Sales tax will appear on the invoice or receipt. Prices for items sold from White Dormouse Artisan Soaps are subject to change at any time based on cost of goods and labor.

DIRECTIONS FOR SOAP USE

Soap Directions: Keep handcrafted artisan soaps in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. This will create an ideal environment allowing your soaps to last longer. With each use, rest on a slotted soap dish to allow for drainage and a longer lasting bar.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Each product is handmade with a specific recipe. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, color and variation may differ from the product photo. Although the details of each batch are made to be exact, no hand can duplicate twice. No measure of fragrance can produce the exact same color. With each day of curing creates the most magnificent design. For those who simply adore handmade, you will enjoy the natural qualities even more. The color of the product displayed on your computer monitor can also contribute to variations.

White Dormouse Artisan Soaps shall not be liable for allergic reactions to products. The customer is responsible for reading the ingredients before purchase. Handcrafted Soap is an art in addition to the proper science in carefully executing and measuring all ingredients and creating a design you will love. Taking this into consideration, artisan soap takes time and patience to craft the perfect product. Curing time for freshly made cold process soap with natural oils is 4 to 6 weeks.
