RETURN POLICY

We want everyone to be fully satisfied and absolutely love all the products handcrafted by White Dormouse Artisan Soaps.

Due to the nature of the soap or product that are intended for personal use, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS. Although all sales are final, we want you to have a very happy experience.

Please be sure to contact me through email at whitedormouseartisansoaps@gmail.com to discuss. Scent and variation of color will not be considered a reason for returns. Explanation of items are based on accuracy of the description of White Dormouse Artisan Soaps and to the best of our knowledge. Each individual has their own sense of fragrance. Please be aware.

White Dormouse Artisan Soaps cannot accept or take responsibility for allergic reactions to hand crafted items. The customer is responsible for reading the ingredients before purchase.

Damage in the shipping process with USPS will need to be in writing and a report of damaged items will be reviewed. Please note, the shipping cost for returns will be at the customers cost and responsibility.
